AS-SBDC uses American Samoa Community College’s resource of professors, staff and students, as well as business consultants in the private sector. The Center provides broad-based management and technical assistance to:
• Individuals who would like to own a business
• Those who are ready to start a business
• Persons who are already in business |
| Provides business counseling project feasibility assessment, how to increase sales, cash flow management, sources of funding, business operations, international trade, etc. |
| Provides training workshops, seminars, conferences, and mini courses (custom-tailored to the needs of the small business entrepreneur). |
| Provides information gathering & dissemination that includes business, industry, and economic data pertaining to small business. |

| serves as a community outreach program of American Samoa Community College. |
| Provides Technical Assistance developing a business plan, loan packaging, market surveys, inventory control, accounting and record keeping, etc. |
| Provides advocacy representing and articulating interests and concerns of small business to the public and relevant forms. |
